Hi, my name is Phillip and I am currently a Springhouse Entertainer at the famous Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, WV. I am a graduate of Coastal Carolina University ( May 2018). During my time at Coastal Carolina I have received extensive training in a multitude of acting styles. My personal favorites are Uta Hagen and Stanislavsky. I've also received a great deal of training in physical theatre, movement, non-realism, and absurdists theatre styles.
An interesting fact about me is that I received my Eagle Scout Award at age 15! I really enjoy the outdoors and I love living by the coast. I'm not really a beach person in the sense of laying out and surfing. I'm more of a let's take a walk at sunset and climb a lighthouse kind of guy. I'm obsessed with theme parks and could tell you anything you want to know about Orlando, FL.
My love for singing began at the age of three! I would stand on my fireplace and perform
"America The Beautiful" and recite Bible verses I was learning in pre-school in-front of my entire family. At seven I was cast in my first musical, Oliver! When I turned ten my dad brought home the first season of The Muppet Show and well, here I am today.
Some of my favorite roles I've played are Johnny Cantone in The 1940's Radio Hour, Peter Pevensie in The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe, and Reverend Dimmesdale in The Scarlett Letter. I feel so blessed to be able to work in the wonderful world of entertainment.
